The Savona Campus hosts several sports facilities that can be used both for the activities related to some educational courses (BSc in Sport Sciences and Health and Level I Master's Degree in Rehabilitation of Musculoskeletal Disorders) and for practicing sports independently, helping to improve mental and physical well-being.

Within the university campus there are:

• A footbal field, a tennis court and a smart gym managed by CUS Genova;
• Two free-body gyms;
• An outdoor fitness trail with 3 workout stations;
• A municipal swimming pool, adjacent to the campus, with subsidized rates for students and university staff.
