The external walls, the internal partitions and the ceilings provide high thermal and acoustic insulations and are composed by environmentally friendly materials, with high percentage of recycled components.

The employed materials include:

• fibre cement through-coloured facades, characterised by a sanded surface and naturally occurring hues within the material, making each panel unique
• medium density wood-fibre cement panels, composed of a coarse core, faced on each side with a fine smooth top layer, and consisting of Portland cement, water, wood fibres and mineralising additives

Plasterboards with an additional laminated vapour control layers (aluminium sheet), able to avoid the formation of interstitial condensation
